This film was made towards the end of the era of Hammer. The production values are significantly better than some of the previous films and think that actually have money to spend on the set. The problem with film is that it can in no way be described as terror.

If a fan of vintage horror, then this is for you. Peter Cushing is as good as he always was and Edward Judd (First Men in the Moon), also made a very good performance (apart from his line when people are informed that ‘dead’) ..
